Our positioning: a new large-scale Citrix deployment, or the optimisation of an existing farm with several hundred users, usually calls for a large systems integrator (dedicated IT team, vendor support, volume). Our added value lies in optimising an existing environment of reasonable size (up to around 150 users) and in the SME alternative: Parallels RAS, generally better suited in cost and simplicity for an organisation of 20 to 300 users.

The work is carried out remotely, through the access you provide (VPN or remote administration), during windows agreed with you. Time zones are planned at the scoping stage; an on-site visit is possible on quote.

Citrix or Parallels RAS: how do we choose? Citrix is better suited to large organisations with advanced needs (analytics, autoscaling). Parallels RAS offers very good value for money for small and medium-sized businesses.
Do you also carry out new large-scale Citrix deployments? As an independent provider, we are best suited to optimising an existing environment or a deployment of reasonable size. For a new large-scale Citrix farm (multi-site, high volume), a specialist systems integrator will be more appropriate, and we can point you in the right direction. This service does not cover a new large-scale Citrix deployment without a separate study and quote.
Can we migrate from Citrix to an alternative? Yes. We support migrations from Citrix to Parallels RAS, or to an open-source virtualisation platform such as Proxmox, for organisations looking to cut licence costs. Such a migration needs a specific analysis of applications, profiles, access, licences and network constraints.
What does the 14-day support after delivery include? It covers questions and minor adjustments related to the Citrix scope covered. It does not cover day-to-day administration, continuous monitoring, on-call duty, recurring user support or helpdesk, any performance or availability guarantee, or fixing business applications outside the scope. We are not responsible for licences, vendor contracts or Citrix changes decided outside this scope.
