Package

Leave Windows 10 before the risks pile up

Since 14 October 2025, Windows 10 no longer receives standard security updates. This package moves your estate to Windows 11 device by device, then sets baseline compliance with Microsoft 365 and Intune, with three months of periodic reviews.

For estates of 5 to 50 workstations still on Windows 10

This package is for small and medium-sized businesses that want a planned migration rather than replacing the whole estate, and want to set baseline compliance at the same time without hiring an in-house administrator. It does not replace managed IT services: beyond the three months of periodic reviews, day-to-day operations, helpdesk and hardware renewal remain outside the base scope.

Deployment takes one to three weeks (estimated calendar time), depending on the number of workstations.

What holds a migration back, and what unblocks it

An estate that still runs, but without a safety net

The end of Windows 10 support triggered nothing visible: devices still start, applications run, teams work. But since 14 October 2025 these machines no longer receive standard security updates. Every month widens the attack surface, with no warning on screen.

Nobody knows which devices can follow

The estate was built up in waves of purchases, with different hardware and generations. Windows 11 requires a TPM 2.0 chip and a supported processor, but nothing tells you in advance which machines will move directly and which must be replaced. Without a clear inventory, the migration slips from quarter to quarter.

A transition planned device by device

The compatibility audit separates the machines that migrate directly, those to renew, and the backups to plan. The migration is then organised in batches, during office hours, with a systematic backup before every intervention. You keep the choice of hardware supplier: we recommend, we do not resell.

How it works

  1. Audit: TPM, processor, RAM, applications and condition are checked device by device.

  2. Plan: devices are prioritised, slots set and profiles backed up before any migration.

  3. Migrate: each device is upgraded or reinstalled according to its state, with profiles restored and planned applications checked.

  4. Validate: a report per device, renewal recommendations and 14 days of support close the migration.

For organisations outside France, the audit, the Microsoft 365 and Intune set-up and the periodic reviews are carried out remotely. Workstation migration is done remotely on devices reachable through remote management, in your local office hours; an on-site visit is possible on quote.

Two services in one package

Migration first, then management over time: the two stages of a successful modernisation.

  • Windows 11 migration: compatibility audit, backup and migration of your estate, with limited impact on your teams.

  • Microsoft 365 and Intune: set-up and periodic reviews for baseline compliance, security and application deployment.

What is included

  • Windows 11 compatibility audit of the estate.

  • Backup and migration of compatible workstations.

  • Microsoft 365 tenant and Intune set-up.

  • Baseline compliance and security policies.

  • Three months of periodic reviews included.

  • Migration report and documentation.

What the package does not cover

  • Recurring user support and day-to-day management of the estate after migration.

  • Renewal of incompatible hardware and purchase of licences.

  • Troubleshooting business software outside the agreed scope.

  • A guarantee that every application is compatible.

  • Permanent monitoring or any guarantee of continuous compliance beyond the three months.

  • A major incident, compromise or heavy remediation, quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions

Does the migration happen during working hours?

Yes, as a rule. Unlike server cutovers, which need night or weekend windows, workstation migration is planned in batches during office hours, with minimal disruption for each user. A systematic backup of data and profiles comes before any work: it is a mandatory step, agreed with you.

Are all our workstations compatible with Windows 11?

Not necessarily: Windows 11 requires a TPM 2.0 chip and a supported processor. The compatibility audit identifies exactly which devices migrate directly and which need renewing. We recommend replacements, but we do not resell hardware: you remain free to choose your supplier and financing.

Can we start with the audit only?

Yes. The compatibility audit is available on its own, with no commitment to the migration. It gives a clear, device-by-device view of the estate before you decide on schedule and scope. The migration and the Microsoft 365 and Intune set-up can follow if you wish.

What do the periodic reviews after migration cover?

The three months of included reviews cover the estate's baseline compliance through Intune: updates installed, encryption enabled, antivirus up to date, lock screen. This is not permanent monitoring or a guarantee of continuous compliance. A major incident, a compromise or heavy remediation fall outside the package and are quoted separately.
